Important: Please take caution that you do not pay twice. Once you complete your transaction you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Stephanie Seiberg at sseiberg@yahoo.com to confirm your registration. If you pay twice, your refund will be processed net of a processing change.
